CHECKING IN

Whether you have a reservation or not, your Charm Bar experience begins by checking in with a GHD Golden Girlie+!

• If you have a reservation, please tell us the name the reservation(s) was booked under and we'll get you started
• If you're walking in, please tell us you're interested in Charm Bar so we can get you started! If we don't have immediate availability, we'll have you make a reservation for a little later in the day ♥︎

CHARM BAR INTRO

We'll walk you over to the Charm Bar and give you info on pricing and availability, as well as have you sign a quick liability waiver (please don't poke your eye out with the pliers)

THE MAGIC BEGINS!

Start by choosing your chain & charms, and have a seat at one our crafting tables. When we see you sitting, we'll come over and teach you about jump rings, and how to assemble your piece. (Don't worry, we'll keep checking in to make sure you feel good about the process!)

CHECKING OUT

When you're done assembling, we'll check that all your jump rings are securely closed, and ring you up at the register.

★ While we always check to make sure things are as secure as possible before you leave, this of course does not guarantee that charms will never fall off! We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming or sleeping to extend their shiny, wearable life. Scratches may occur during wear so be sure to keep them in a safe, dry place when not sporting them.

Yes, we do allow walk-ins!

However, we always recommend making a reservation to guarantee that we have space and availability for you, especially on weekends.

Running Late? If you are less than 15 minutes late, no problem! We'll seat you when you get here.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please email hello@goldenhrdesigns.com to let us know. Even if you don't get a response, know that we are monitoring this email as much as possible! Depending on our other existing reservations that day, there is a chance that we won't be able to seat you immediately if we're fully booked!

Can't make it at all? No problem! If you reach out to cancel at least 72 hours before your reservation time, we'd be happy to issue you a full refund of your deposit. If it is within 72 hours, we'd be happy to reschedule your reservation or issue you a store credit!

It is our top priority to provide excellent customer service and do all that we can to ensure a positive shopping experience at Golden Hour Designs. Thank you for understanding, continuing to shop small and supporting!

Follow these steps to book more than one spot:

1. Go to Charm Bar In-Store Reservation

2. Click "Sign Me Up"

3. Select your desired date on the calendar picker

4. Scroll down to see available time slots. You will not see all time slots on this first view! You'll need to scroll down to see afternoon slots.

5. Select your desired time slot

• After selecting your slot, the time menu will reset to the top! Scroll down again to find your time slot to add another seat.

• Click the "+" button to add

• A maximum of 6 people may be booked per time slot. If the system won't let you, that means there are already bookings during that time!

6. Scroll down and select "Book Now"

7. Continue to Cart to complete checkout

• We are often able to make exceptions to maximum bookings! Please email hello@goldenhrdesigns.com for help booking more than 6 spots or for other questions about capacity.

Charm Bar is priced per jewelry piece, and ranges from $44-$68+, depending on style. All styles include up to 5 charms, unless otherwise marked.

The deposit paid with your reservation goes toward your final jewelry price.

The actual process of assembling charm jewelry is recommended for anyone age 13+. Children younger than 13 will most likely need grown-up help to assemble their piece, so please be prepared to help them complete their jewelry!

You may OF COURSE bring children of any age to the Charm Bar, but Charm Bar assembly is not recommended for children under 8 years old. Please come prepared to physically assemble the piece yourself AND for your child to have adult supervision for the entirety of your visit.

We offer a complementary coloring page and crayons for Charm Bar Kids who are not involved in the assembly process ♥︎

You are welcome to bring an individual closed, non-alcoholic beverage with you (i.e. water bottle, iced coffee).

We ask that you please do not bring food, alcohol or open beverages.
