Craft Pass Policies & FAQs

Purchase & Cancellation Policies

📝 Craft Passes each have firm expiration dates from the date of purchase.

  • 3-Pack: expires in 120 days from purchase
  • 6-Pack: expires 240 days from purchase
  • Annual: expires 365 days from purchase

📝 Cancellations when using a Craft Pass follow our standard policy. All cancellations within 72 hours of your event start time are unfortunately not eligible for credit. This includes no shows!

📝 Craft Passes are final sale and not eligible for refunds or extensions.

How soon can I redeem one of my Craft Pass credits?

Your confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours of purchase, and you’ll be able to enroll in Craft Club events as soon as that email hits your inbox.

Save your confirmation email for future reference! You’ll need the discount codes enclosed to redeem your credits. If you don’t see the notification in your primary inbox, always check your promotions and junk mails folders!

How do Craft Club signups work?

Visit the Craft Club tab of our homepage to see what's coming up!

Sign up just like you would for a regular Craft Club, but make sure to use your unique discount code at checkout to comp your purchase. Check out your confirmation email for more detailed instructions and information.

Am I guaranteed a spot in Craft Club?

Our Craft Club events have been overwhelmingly successful and often sell out, so we highly recommend signing up for your event choices early to secure your spot. Once Craft Club is full, it's full!

What if I can’t use all of my passes within the allotted time frame?

Each Craft Pass comes with a set expiration window. Unused passes will expire after that period, so we recommend planning ahead! Reminders will be sent when your pass is close to expiring.

I signed up for one event but want to attend another instead. Can I switch?

Yes! Just contact us at least 72 hours in advance and we’ll help you rebook (as long as the new event has space available).

How will I receive my Craft Pass details?

All Craft Passes are delivered digitally. After purchase, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours with your redemption instructions, event sign-up process, 10% discount code, and details on how to claim your Craft Club perks.

Can I purchase a Craft Pass as a gift?

Absolutely! Craft Passes make wonderful gifts. At this time however, we do not offer an option to delay delivery. We recommend purchasing the pass when you’re ready to share your gift. At checkout, simply input the recipient’s name and email address, and they’ll automatically receive all the necessary details for getting started.
