  • DIY Mini Bookshelf: make it SPOOKY (or don't)! We'll decorate & assemble our shelf, and make all kinds of little trinkets & books to fill it up. This time, including inspo and special pieces for spooky-ness!
  • BYO used books for a book swap!

Whether you’re a DIY queen or here to try something new, this camp is for you! All skill levels welcome 🧡 

Here’s what you can expect:

Meet & Greet: Enjoy some coffee and a pastry on us while getting to know your fellow campers! We'll get started on a low-stakes chill craft to get your creative juices flowing.

Crafting Time! We'll introduce everything you need to know about the main craft so you can make creative decisions at your own pace! This is a choose-your-own-adventure type of session, so you'll be able to work on whatever you'd like for as long as you like during our time. You're welcome to bring food & drink (no alcohol, please!) to enjoy.

Clean up: Light collaborative cleanup, a big thank you, and making sure you've exchanged numbers with all your new crafty friends!

Craft Camp Policies & Expectations

About Your Instructor

You know her, you love her... Craft Camp will be lead by Hannah, our Programs & Events Coordinator!

Hannah has 6+ years of experience teaching and facilitating arts & crafts programs for all ages. With a specialty in process & experience-based art facilitation, Hannah designs her programs with a focus on individuality, expression and inclusivity, while fostering a judgement-free creative space. Hannah's goal is for every maker to feel empowered and supported in their creativity, no matter their skill level!

What To Bring & Wear

  • A lunch to enjoy mid-day

  • Water and/or another beverage to enjoy

  • Sunscreen and/or bug spray -- we'll be outdoors! While we will have backups of these items, please bring the ones you prefer.

  • Come ready to craft in comfortable clothing that's ok to get messy! We're not doing anything crazy, but some materials may be hard to get out of clothing in case of a spill.

  • An openness to having fun, meeting new friends and maybe getting a little silly!

Camp Capacity

Maximum enrollment for each camp is 25 campers to ensure that everyone receives a quality experience.

A waitlist is available for camps, but being on the waitlist does not guarantee that a spot will open up. We will contact you with updated availability if/when it occurs!

Cancellation & Sick Policies

Each camp signup includes a $25 nonrefundable deposit.

Cancellation requests more than 1 week prior to camp are eligible for a full refund, minus your $25 deposit.

Cancellation requests within 1 week - 72 hours prior to camp are eligible for full Craft Credit, minus your $25 deposit.

Cancellation requests within 72 hours of camp start time are unfortunately not eligible for reimbursement.

What is Craft Credit?

Craft Credit is exclusive store credit that can be used solely for any GHD craft experience. In the event of a cancellation in a time frame that's eligible for Craft Credit, you will receive that in lieu of a refund.

Services eligible for Craft Credit include:

  • Craft Club
  • Craft Camp
  • Craft Parties

We will confirm your Craft Credit in writing (email), and keep track of it in your customer account. When you're ready to apply your credit, please get in touch with us and we will get you signed up for your desired experience!

Craft Credit expires after 12 months.

Changes & Updates

Golden Hour Designs reserves the right to change, alter or adjust Craft Camp decisions, expectations and policies with or without notice if we believe the changes will ensure a better quality experience for participants. When necessary, we will update you via email to communicate any changes.

About Our Space

Due to the unique nature of our historic property, certain accommodations may be limited. This includes but is not limited to our public restroom not adhering to ADA compliance.

If you have any concerns about accommodations, please get in touch with us so we can discuss potential options and arrangements with you.
